Bill and Tim came over within 48 hours after I first contacted them, they inspected the work that needed to be done, found a problem I did not know about and a few hours later, we had arranged an appointment by email. The work was done very professionally and quickly 2 opening days later. The material was charged at cost. I am very happy with the result.
