They thoroughly inspected all of their work with me (which was flawless) and ensured I was happy with the outcome. Booking the appointment was easy, and they confirmed afterwards. Technician arrived within expected window, and costs were within the originally quoted range. Nick was absolutely fantastic. He explained the entire process to me, and thoroughly checked over the door and opener condition beyond the repairs he was there to make. He tightened and fastened all elements, and oiled/rust proofed the appropriate mechanisms. He was very friendly, and completed the service in a timely manner.
