WEEDMAN/DISHONEST SALES TACTICS
Wow!! What a relief!! I thought it was only my mom this happened to this year. Well like everyone here, she was unknowingly signed up for their programme. She has gone with them in the past but this year it was just to expensive. She was contacted by one of their sales rep & she asked them to send her info via mail...but instead of doing that they just signed her up. My mom's english isn't the best but still she has fight. Anyhow i phoned in & spoke to Steve. IIs Steve really the owner??? We spoke to him & he was a BULLY!!! Anyhow they replayed the convo..the dumbass sales rep asked my mom "If she was on board with the programme"?"& proceeded to get her details!! my mom thought she was just confirming her addie b/c she wanted info sent to her....ANYHOW THEY SIGNED HER UP!!! (like i said my mom's english isn't strong so she wouldnt have understood the expression "Are you on board?!! All i can say is that WEEDMAN is absolutely terrible...let's run them out of business...go with FRECHETTE, they're much better & more affordable... I'm very close to contacting PAT FORAN or some other media outlet...what do you think??

I am sorry you feel this way. Frechette lawn care is a good company and I hope they take care of your moms property. I have reviewed your mothers account and services were verbally agreed upon. We have always taken great care of your mothers property and I am sorry to lose her now as a customer. As per your comments towards myself, the Customer Service Manager and my sales repersentatives I am sorry you feel that way and I am sure that if anybody reads your comments they will take it with a grain of salt and realize that this is not the entire story.
