We bought a new home from milestone homes and did a walk-through prior to taking possession. We had about ten deficiencies to fix and after 7 months and constant emails and phone calls, basically nothing has been completed. The brand new stove had two issues with it and instead of replacing it with a new one at the start, the owner took it for over a month and brought it back totally covered in dirt (clearly it wasn't covered on the truck and likely sat outside for weeks). My advice to anyone is to have the deficiencies completed before moving in and don't expect any warranty work from them.

We purchased a posturpedic bed from the Brick over a year ago. They delivered it 2 days later and took the old bed away at no charge. It was a bit of a pain to wait for them as they give you a 2 hour window but on the bright side they were available to deliver in the evening. The bed is super comfortable and I am very satisfied with its quality.

This company was very professional and had top of the line equipment to do a thorough and organized inspection. We were given a binder with pictures of every aspect of the house and they even provided us with coupons for energy saving products.
