Needed to remove carpet from second floor and stairs and install wood floor. Keion did the job professionally and was able to meet my expectations as he paid attention to my feedback and was very pleasant to deal with throughoutthe project. I definitely recommend him for any flooring or stairs jobs. I already referred him to my friends.

The staff will write a report about the lawn health while they are inside there car before even doing the service. I also had a chinch bug infestation and the technician didn't even mention it in his report. I paid for an extra service to treat the chinch bug but after 10 days of the treatment the bugs were still alive and thriving. When I complained to the owner he got upset and hung-up on me. He sent his technician to re-apply the treatment and I closed my file with them. Terrible company with rude owner. I felt that he hired me not the other way. My lawn is half dead now and I have to pay another company to fix it.

I needed to renew the look of my house and met with three exterior painters but Sohail stood out by his detailed explanation of how the job will be done and his reasonable estimate. On the day of the job Yuriy and his crew showed up on time, all team members were very friendly and were enjoying their work. At the end of the job Yuriy was very keen to walk me through the completed work and he was listening to my feedback with willingness to address any concerns I might have. But I couldn't find any issues to complain about, it was job perfectly done.

This is the second time I hired Viktoria movers, the first time the gave me no stress what so ever with the move. And I liked that. This time it was also a stress free move. The move was from a town house to a detached with 10 km between the two houses. They arrived on time, were polite and nice throughout the move and they didn't complain about any loose items or extra tasks, as long as the clock is ticking of course. The reason I didn't give them 5 stars is the high rates they charge. I was given an estimate for 7-9 hours based on detailed pictures of all items in my house. But they charged me for 11 hours. I wasn't budgeting for that it was covid time and money is tight, I asked Maria for a discount but she got upset about me saying the job could have been done faster (because the guys spent long time just folding blankets on my clock) and she started ignoring my calls and I had to chase her with call and text several time just to get my payment invoice, I totally gave up on the discount as I understood the message. And that's where they loose the stars, for bad communication. So, in a nutshell, extra expensive movers but they take care as expected. I'm sure there are other companies out there who care the same way but with more reasonable prices.

I needed a professional contractor who can install new wood floors and stairs for me and after contacting several flooring contractors I chose to work with "Ralph" because he had the best communication and response among others, he always picks up when I call, he was on time for a couple of visits to the job location and he listened to me and understood what I was looking for. It even got better when he sent his crew, a group of professionals and very nice people a combination that can you hardly find now adays. "Keion" was the professional leading the floor and stairs installment, he had to work while my family was living in the house and he respected our privacy and even notified us before they use any loud tools because we have a little baby and they didn't want to disturb him, he has strong passion to his work and attention to details. I was also happy that Ralph assigned a project manager "Shoma" to this project, she was really professional with managing timelines and addressing every single detail about this project. Great company with great team, will definitely recommend them and hire them in the future.
