Hello, I came to your store today in regards to my mother. She made a deposit of $300.00 at your store. I came there today seeking a refund on that deposit because she has been diagnosed with cancer and is now in intensive care. I wanted to show Walia's that this was not a joke or ploy to get my mother deposit back so I made sure to walk with the doctor's letter to show that this was all ligit. The staff told me that all I needed was a letter from my mother requesting the deposit and her debit card to deposit the money. So I went back to the hospital, got what they asked for and came back. When I got back to Walia's I was told that the owner is not in and no one knows when he will be in. I then told them that I was not happy with that answer and I became very angry. I raised my voice and finally the manager came out and said that Walia's policy not to refund deposits and my mother will not get her deposit back.
