I've had 416-SO-CLEAN come a few times now over the years to clean my carpets, stair runners, and upholstery. They do a consistently great job and the technicians are friendly and polite. I'm very pleased with the work and happy to recommend.

We were selling our house and wanted to improve the curb appeal as well as take care of repairs that would be appreciated by potential buyers. Called Jaime from Awash Roofing. He returned my call promptly and came by within 24hrs to give a quote. He got up on our roof right away and gave me a direct and fair critique of what needed to be done and what could wait (ex. new shingles on peak an absolute must, new flat roof best to do but could wait a year or two). Jaime was knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly. He and his team completed the job in two days and did quality work. They were a bit delayed getting started after I accepted the quote but it was an unusually hot Spring/Summer and the delay was due to the heat. Jaime was good about keeping me updated on the delay though and always returned my calls. I would definitely use them again as their customer service was great, they know what they're doing and their prices are fair. They also suggested a painter Joe to paint the dormer windows and window trims who was super nice and very reasonably priced as well. The house looked great and sold in 24hrs!

We recently contracted Lucas from Perfect Touch Interiors to paint the interior of our 2 1/2 storey home in preparation for sale. I was impressed by Lucas' professionalism from the start. He returned my phone call immediately and came by to look at the house same day. He was proactive about suggesting the types of paint to use on each surface to best showcase the home, with an eye to minimizing flaws and remaining neutral to appeal to prospective homebuyers. I received the quote in writing that same evening - by far the most prompt response of all the painters I had quote on the job. We were pressed for time and Lucas was very accommodating. He squeezed us in between jobs about a week and a half later. He painted with a small team over 6 days, finishing on time and taking care to keep the house as clean as possible during the process. We were very impressed with the quality of the work. Our baseboards, stairs and wood trims were very old and damaged. Lucas did some minor sanding and they are much improved. The house in general looks a million times better. In fact it looked so good that it sold in 24hrs!! We were very happy with Lucas and PTI. Courteous, professional, competent, reasonably priced, punctual and responsive. I would recommend PTI to friends and family (already have in fact) and would definitely use him again when we move.

Paul did a wonderful job installing crown molding in our 100 year old home. It looks as if it has always been there. He and his buddy Richard were on time, kept the worksite clean and paid great attention to detail. Crown molding was installed in 2 bedrooms and the hall on the 2nd floor as well as the main floor (open concept). Though they had to work with uneven plaster walls in many spots, the result is seamless... I also had Paul replace some baseboards on the main floor which was no easy task. I asked him to try to match the original baseboards that are still in most of the house. At 100 years old and almost 10" hard, an exact match was hard to find. I was impressed that Paul checked with several suppliers around the GTA and when he couldn't find what he was looking for he found a way to create a very close match. They look beautiful and once painted we will not be able to tell the difference... What really impressed me about working with Paul was his knowledge about old homes and carpentry and his williingness to go above and beyond to help make our home more beautiful. He even helped temporarily removed old baseboard at no charge so our electrician could access some wiring without damaging our plaster walls. I would highly recommend the personal touch and quality that Crowning Touch delivers and if our next house needs similar work I''ll be calling Paul.

Marcel and his team did a great job replacing the eavestroughs, soffits and facia for our old house. His quote was reasonable and he was prompt about returning calls. Marcel gave us several options for the work so we could determine what was a priority (ex. I didn't do our dormer windows). His team arrived on time and were very respectful of the property. When they didn't get everything done in one day they were back first thing the next day. While the guys were up on the roof they noticed that one of our attic windows was not sealed correctly and they offered to seal it while up there at no cost. So helpful. They also found some rotting wood along the roof and replaced it. I really appreciated the care they took to do a good job. The house looks much better and Marcel and his team were super nice to deal with.

Adrian and his guys go a great job! ... they completed the job on time and gave us the bathrooms we have been dreaming of ... they managed to do 2 complete washrooms in just over 2 weeks from top to bottom despite having to redo some electrical that wasnt anticipated ... i wold readily recommend him to anyone and will definitely use him again
