We heard scratching in our ventilation vents. We thought it might be a mouse. After we called over 10 pest control conpanies (which were all closed on a Saturday), we finally got hold of Ruhul, from Pesterminate Inc. He came over to our house within a few hours and was able to quickly access the problem. Turned out we had a squirrel in our furnace and this thing ate through our filter! A large trap was set and sure enough, the next day we caught the squirrel. Thankfully they were able to get rid of the animal and we restored heat to our cold home.
