before I call, I already know what's the issue. but the girl stopped me on explaining it, and saying a possional technician will come and tell me that's wrong. I had asked for price listing, he said he do not have any. I had asked for centrifed certificate, he said he didn't bring it. in the end, to avoid paying 330+ only for the lid switch. he disconnected the lid switch and charging us 160+tax. so, do not waste your time & money. and do not waste their precious labour. STAY AWAY. here is the producer of the washer selling price for the parts. SO STOP SAY yours is certified. what you try to do is making 100 dollar on a single parts. which is 200% Gross Margin.
