We used Level Q for our master ensuite renovation last year and were so satisfied that we decided we did not want to bother interviewing anyone else for our kitchen. Ehab came by and instantly had some great ideas we didn't think possible. We then met with Ehab one more time, and then met with Kevin for the custom cabinetry a few times as well to nail down every exact requirement and make sure the appliances we chose would fit precisely. I must say, it was a process to get every exact requirement, but it made things run so smoothly when Ehab's team came into install, along with the cabinet guys shortly after. My wife is pregnant, so we let Ehab know beforehand and he and his crew worked diligently to make our lives as comfortable as possible given the circumstances. The most remarkable thing about this project was that it was estimated to be completed in 5 weeks and it took exactly 5 weeks for full completion, and every last detail was done to spec. Most of our family and friends were in disbelief that a renovation of this magnitude could be down so seamlessly (we also installed pot lights throughout the first floor) and yet with such attention to detail and quality. On top of that, Ehab knowing that my wife is pregnant and having difficulty with our laundry machines because the doors open into each other as they were installed the wrong way... was able to switch the machines by himself as a favour before he left, which we could not be more grateful. Also a shoutout to his electrician Ali who was awesome, professional and very thorough and also fixed up some receptacles outside that were not up to code. Once again a great experience with Level Q.. I am glad to say our major renos are complete, but whenever our next one occurs I will definitely call Ehab first! Thanks guys!

After reading countless reviews in here when deciding on our contractor for our master ensuite we came up with a short-list of companies we wanted to interview. There were a few that impressed us, but after our first meeting with Level Q (Ehab) we knew he was our guy, and just hoped that the price would be within our budget, and it was very fair so we were thrilled. The reason we chose Ehab was mainly because he seemed to have both the design and the construction aspect down very well. We had some ideas and he agreed, but he also offered some really great ideas that we hadn't even thought of. I found his crew to be very polite and kept our house as clean as can reasonably be expected. What impressed me most was how accurately everything was installed (My wife has an interior design background and is extremely specific on how she wants things installed). We had a nightmare with a referred contractor who made a lot of mistakes in our powder room and cost us more than we should have spent, so we wanted to do our due diligence with our master ensuite. Ehab was a pleasure to work with, I will definitely call Level Q when we do our kitchen and any other renos, they got it right the first time and we absolutely love our new space. I also attached the before pics so you can see what a dramatic change it was as we moved in a year ago and refused to even use this washroom bc of how bad it was. But now it's our safe haven.
