We needed a new flagstone patio, walkway and stairs into our yard and had a very specific idea of what we were looking for. Ronald spent a lot of time with us upfront to ensure he understood what we wanted - he brought stone samples and explained how he would do the work. Throughout the job, Ronald kept in constant communication with us to ensure we were happy with the progress, he was on time, on site when he said he would be and followed up when necessary. In the end, we were happy with the quality of the work and there were no surprises with the invoice. Overall, Ronald was very easy to work with and we would recommend him to others.

We had some miscellaneous plumbing issues. Valentin was helpful in providing me with options and explaining to me the work that he recommended. He provided a detailed quote on the spot, arrived when he said he would for both the estimate and the day he completed the work. He also was respectful of our home and cleaned up perfectly. We are happy with the outcome and would definitely hire Strong Plumbing again.

Our job involved converting a glass block window to french patio doors. Because it involved cutting the wall open, we had many contractors quote and describe how they would complete the work until we felt confident that we found one who really knew what he was talking about. The completed job by Archie and his team was beautiful and we feel the quality of the work is very good. Not only that but Archie arrives when he says he will, returns all emails quickly, and was very helpful to show us the doors in advance at the factory. He provided a very detailed quote (more detailed than anyone else) and was extremely respectful in our home with our children and our floors/walls, etc. I would definitely recommend Sobol and hire them again if the need arises.
