I called Mr. Rooter on a Thursday afternoon, and they were able to send someone out right away. Justin arrived within the hour and he quickly identified the problem with our leaky toilet. He was able to explain everything to me before doing the work (including the full price), and was professional, polite, and pleasant. He fixed the leak quickly (a worn out seal in the tank), and he left everything in the bathroom clean and tidy. I was very impressed with the service we got from Mr. Rooter, and particularly grateful since we only have the one toilet for the whole house!

Otto and his team were pleasant, professional, and easy to work with. They did an amazing job replacing the retaining wall in our front yard, as well as putting in new stone steps and an interlocking walkway to the front door. Crew lead Dan was also great. When we had questions or concerns Otto and his team were quick to get back to us, and took the time to explain things clearly. The project was completed within the agreed upon time-line, and it was well worth the money. Otto had previously done some smaller jobs for us (replacing stone windowsills, parging, and tuckpointing) so we knew he was reliable and professional, and would do a great job on this bigger project.
