All of a sudden, mid-load, my washer started making funny sounds. It stopped draining and there was a burning smell. Unable to finish that load, and worried cause it was Saturday, I looked thru Homestars and found Atiar. He answered the phone,gave me an afternoon slot, and when I said I was leaving on a trip that day, he moved up my slot. Showed up a few hours later, on time, gave me my options and when I chose the repair, got to work immediately. Washer was good as new half an hour later. Atiar is polite, professional, and efficient. I would highly recommend him!

Zaid and David were right on time and got to work organising the boxes by the elevators, even though the loading dock and elevators would not become free for another 40 minutes or so. They worked hard and kept their sense of humor in the sweltering heat. Extra care was taken with old/ fragile items that were shrink-wrapped. Highly recommend!! Especially after all the horror stories you hear anecdotally, it was a relief to find someone not just reliable but pleasant and courteous. Will definitely use them for my next move!!
