With a bad wind storm through our neighborhood, we had a tree fall on our house causing lots of damage to the flat roof of my house and semi detached neighbor. The flat roof was originally installed by Avenue Road Roofing about 12 years ago and had lots of years yet in its life. At at same time, it needed extensive repairs to handle the storm damage. From my insurance company, I had a choice to have their installers fix the roof , or to bring in who I felt would best handle the work. Once again I called for the repair service of Avenue Road Roofing to handle the damage issues from the storm. The flat roofers, Jason and Zack , tended to the damage inspite of cold winter weather. They were both courteous and informative as to the scope of work. They demonstrated an honest caring attitude to ensure all the damage was totally handled. My attached neighbor's roof was also repaired by them. Many times she praised the work of the roofers and also on my advising her that we should bring in the Avenue Road Roofing crew. To finish up, another crew from the same company came in to repair the damaged roof edge metal work ( Kas, Joe, Tony). Similarly the work was thorough and fast even though it was done on a cold winter day. The timing and scheduling of the job was perfect as I wanted to ensure all areas were secured before the coming of winter storms. I would definitely call in these professionals again when needed and would recommend Avenue Road Roofing to anyone who is looking for a dependable company who has competent and skilled people to take care of the smallest of details and get the job done right. After the June wind storm in Toronto, a very old tree dropped many large limbs onto my house. This toppled the chimney leaving it in shambles. I had heard of Avenue Road Masonry was the go-to company for any masonry issues. The salesman Rob, accommodated my schedule and arrived on-site for the initial assessment. He went over the repair options and answered all questions and concerns. Then within a few days the crew ( Ron, Rainford and Marvin) arrived on site to do the fix. They were in and out with the chimney tear-down and rebuild job completed all within one day. Very competent, courteous, friendly, and with no mess left for me to clean up. Directly on job completion I was called by Rob to ensure I was pleased with all aspects of the work. I discovered that their company does any brick details needed on the home, also parging, tuckpointing, block and stone work, concrete work , patio flagstones, fireplaces, foundation waterproofing etc. This left me planning and lining up my next project to bring back the Avenue Road Masonry team.
