I took my white coat with black trim to Brown's cleaners on 1720 Bank St to dry clean. When I picked it up, I saw quite some of the black trim fell off. I didn't pick it up and asked for compensation. My coat was sent to their office, the guy who handled my case is Mike, he pointed his fingers right away to the manufacture. He said the label said dry clean, we dry cleaned, we didn't do anything wrong, why should we compensate you? Brown's Cleaners neither apologized nor take any responsibility.
