Casa Bella did a great job for me. Their quote was competitive with the other companies I investigated. I went with Casa Bella for three reasons: the company has a long track record of satisfied customers; Ronnie Pacua (sales rep and my initial contact) inspired my trust and confidence; and I liked that the installation would not be sub-contracted out... everyone I dealt with worked directly for Casa Bella and are proud of their products and service. Ronnie was quick to get back to me whenever I had questions. My new windows qualify for the GreenOn rebate, meaning some paperwork hoops to jump through, and I was provided with the necessary information and forms in a timely manner. The job was started when Ronnie said it would start and completed on schedule. He called the first day to make sure everything was proceeding to my satisfaction. I cannot say enough good things about the installation crew. They arrived on time, were always friendly, took care to protect my home while they worked, and did an amazing job. They take pride in their work and it shows. Huge thanks to Billy, Donny, Andrew, Noel, Mike, Erik and Chris. They even did some extra trim and caulking here and there that wasn't part of the project, just because they thought it should be done. They left my place very clean each day and at the end of the project... much less disruption than I'd expected. I got Architectural Plus windows and they're beautifully made and very attractive. I've already noticed the AC running much less and I expect the furnace will be running less often too when winter comes. They also block noise much better than my old windows. The doors (including one custom sized) were exactly as I ordered and were hung perfectly and look great. Would recommend Casa Bella to anyone needing new windows/doors.

I needed several small/medium dead and diseased trees removed along with their stumps, plus some extra stumps. The quote was reasonable and the guys even did a bit of extra work at no charge. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and polite. They left no mess and did a great job.

Valentin replaced all the very old fill valves and flap valves inside 3 toilets, and also replaced all 3 shutoff valves behind (which weren't working) with better quality ones. He doubled the usual warranty to 2 yrs. Everything works perfectly now and no longer wasting water. He is very pleasant to deal with, communicates everything clearly, left no mess, showed up when he said he would. I intend to call him back for some larger plumbing projects in future.
