Henry was EXTREMELY great to work with. From months of communication as were getting a custom door he was very patient with us as we took our time deciding. To when he came out to do measurements and finalize the project. To the installation process the whole experience was very smooth. Henry is very knowledgeable and assisted with decisions. Would HIGHLY recommend Henry to friends and family.
Alarm System purchase and install
My fiancee and I attended London Home Expo a couple of weeks ago. We had been talking about getting an alarm system for a while but never made any real decision. We came across the CSP booth and spoke to Keith. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and not at all pushy. Broke down the package they had to offer for us, then began asking us questions as to customize to our needs. Once we learned about the package we discussed it ourselves and came back within 30 minutes to sign up. Install was setup to happen the next Wednesday. We got a call Tuesday saying that there might be some time changes. We were fine with that but the communication was excellent. Rabah arrived to our house and installed the system. Very efficient, knowledgeable, clean (as in his work was clean) and extremely patient. Once the install happened he thoroughly went through the system with my Fiancee and I making sure we understood how it works, any questions etc. Very patient and again knowledgeable. Over all an excellent customer experience from initial conversations to installation and training. If only all companies took this approach to service.
