Our washing machine wasn't filling so we called in for an inspection and possible repair. They told me a part needed to be replaced so we made an appointment for 2 days later. He puts in the new part and we still have the same problem. He then switched the hot water input and it works fine. Turns out it was just a frozen water pipe. $400 later, for what should have cost nothing more than the inspection, and taken no more than half an hour. Plus, he took the original part and is likely selling it to someone else. Dishonest service.
