I am most impressed by Muhammed's knowledge, intelligence and patience. He conducted a very thorough visual inspection of the master bedroom where I had found a bug. He is a one-man operation so I assisted in removing all bedding, sliding the mattress off the bed then disassembling the entire bed frame. With a headlight, magnifying glass and cotton swab he methodically inspected everything including the carpeting around the bed, nightstands and books in the nightstands. Having confirmed more evidence (luckily mine had not grown into a major infestation) he scheduled me in for 3 days later. The treatment took a day. He placed clever bug catchers under the feet of the bed as one of the ways to confirm eradication. A week and a half later he returned and declared us bug free. No more bites and no bugs in the trays under the feet of the bed. He has a terrific amount of experience. PSS is as thorough as they come and Muhammed patiently answered every question I asked.

We show our clients all the evidence we find so they know exactly how bad their infestation is - that's the beauty of bed bug visual inspections. Once we find sufficient evidence and draw a map of the problem using our visual inspection techniques, we generally won't spend time on any other techniques for inspection unless needed. After that, the bed bug extermination involves dedicated hard work and has been our craft for almost 15 years to make sure you get back to being bed bug free.
