We did a lot of shopping around before we felt confident to make this purchase. We had a salesman (Stan) come to our and not only took measurements but was very helpful in making our choice of product. They came on time, worked efficiently, left the work area very clean and even did some extra work on a window that had to be made larger. Later Stan, called to make sure everyting went well. The windows are the best we have ever had and the mechanisms are a charm. It has been a year and they look like new.
