We had Don come and do our home inspection before we signed on the dotted line. He was very organized, professional, and patient with my dumb first-time-home-buyer questions. We have now been in the home for over a year now, and his assessment is so far bang on. He even gave us a binder with all of his recommendations. Would totally recommend him.
Fridge, filter and dishwasher, oh my!
New fridge needed water plumbed over to it, a dishwasher plumbed in where none existed before, and a new water filtration system was all beyond the DIY capability of my husband. Called DrainCom. A lovely Santina sent over William to help us out. Quick and easy. They were both wonderful to deal with. Walked us through everything that needed to happen. I even learned a thing or two. Great experience. Will be calling them again.
