Great service. I had a leaky faucet that John went to great efforts to try to fix but in the end it need replacing. I purchased a new bathtub faucet that was the wrong size, i.e. 10 inch rather than 8 inch. John was skilled enough to be able to cut the pipes on the one I purchased and installed it flawlessly.

I contacted this company after receiving a very high quote by one of the big name companies. Their postings say they are reasonable and they are true to their word. The plumber made it out to my home in Markham right away and was honest in his dealings with me. The work completed by Mike ..4U was completed to my satisfaction with a 30 day warranty. What I also liked was that I was given an estimate over the phone (excluding the cost for parts) which gave me a reasonable idea about what my ultimate cost would be. I thought that my dishwasher needed repairing, Mike checked it out, it was fine, and I was not charged for this part of the job.

I called WaterWorks for a strange smell in one of my unused bathrooms - I was really worried about mold or leaky pipes. Mike quickly clarified that this odour was from the non-use of the fixtures and idle water sitting in the drains. I also had some problems with the builder installed toilets which Mike gave me various options/quotes to deal with. Very courteous, friendly, and professional service.
