Building a custom home should be a dream not a nightmare. the start of the process was fun and exciting but quickly became a headache. lots of miss communication between the owners, of what needed to be done in the house. after build service is terrible. many many issues that needed attention, but was left hanging in the cold. or passed on to there incompetent trades. thus the reason why we needed help in the first place. refuse to return emails and or phone calls. regarding things that need fixing. they talk a big game in the beginning, but quickly fail to produce in the end. UN trust worthy please don't make the same mistake.
