We were looking for a Character Grand piano for our home and had an excellent experience with Ilya Vilner. He was extremely knowledgable and has been working with pianos for 30 plus years. That alone tells you regarding his experience. He is very upfront kind of guy and to the point. The good thing is that he never tried to up sell or confuse us with too many choices. Everything went smooth and 3 days later we had the piano delivered to our home with very courteous staff that installed it very gently without a scratch to the 600 plus pounds piano. They don't call them PIANO MOVERS for nothing!! You do get a good price with him as he does not run a fancy business with 20K minimum Grand Pianos. Here is my advice, if you are in market for a piano, do your math & check prices @ U.S/canadian sites and then go to Ilya and I am sure you would be glad you did.

Recently I had an issue with our Marley type roof and I ended up finding Brad on Homestars. Came out right away the same day to acess and fixed the roof very next day .He showed me pictures of what was the nature of the work. It was educational for me to know how marley roof system worked. From this first meet he seemed very reasonable person. Paid 1100 to him slept with peace of mind as their was a big storm lurking just before he finished the job and now the roof is fully covered with snow.......Cheers Brad!

I had a guy look at the heater and gave me a high quote for replacing the parts of the pool heater mechanism. I was suspicious and later called halton/peel gas and they sent someone out in 2 days who was very knowledgeable and told me the only fault was 1 mice ate up the connection wires 2 pressure swith was not functioning fixed it quick and told me i will be billed for it. The only thing that would make me hold half a star is that the payment options are not very user friendly.....cheque or cash on site which is quite far. I drove to orwell drive and paid cash but no receipt was given, the lady just signed the bill with initials. I would definitely recommend them.

We are very glad we chose Tom from clearview to inspect a home we were intending to buy. The infrared scanner should be mandatory in all inspections, specially for an expansive home. Told us a lot about insulation and no defects in the foundations. Tom was very courteous and explained the whole process a to z and later went through each individual floor/item himself and later with us. That means that he went through everything at least 3 - 4 times first certifying himself and then us. Rest assured we were and are very satisfied and highly highly recommend Tom for anyone thinking of an inspection, as peace of mind is better than saving a few dolors. The best part of the inspection is that now we know before going in that we have to redo some wood/insulate some parts/seal some leaks/redo some vent outlets...etc but no major damage.....and that is just such a peaceful feeling! Tom rules in this department! I am not doing Tom a favour, I think he earned this review by spending so much time a effort!

Accomodated less than 24 hr short notice + On time + Very thorough + respectful + awesome demeanor + gave us potential estimates for pending work + strived for our satisfaction + continued asking us if we had any questions and every single question answered as much detail as possible.
