My grandfather found their Ad in the local phone book and wrongly assumed that this was a local business and called them to replace a spring on his garage door. They came and completed the job, which took less than half an hour and then billed him $700.00 for the job. (For context my cousin had the same job done for $120.00 in recent years). He does not use the computer often so unfortunately he did not think to look up reviews of this company first. A quick google search shows they have received several negative reviews, & another reviewer mentions similar price gouging by this business. Not only is it deplorable that a company would take advantage of a senior citizen (they even said they gave him a "seniors discount" HA!) but also during this time of the covid-19 pandemic. My mother attempted to speak with the man who completed the service after she found out and he said he "Couldn't care less what anyone has to say". Both she and I left reviews on the business Facebook page but they have since removed them from the site. We have filed a complaint with the BBB
