We have pending litigation with this builder. BUYER BEWARE. Do your research and get as many referrals as you possibly can. This is a photo of our 9 year old house having its exterior walls having to be rebuilt from the inside out, all windows replaced, etc, etc.. A disaster and something I wouldn't wish on anyone. A financial and emotional nightmare.
