Prompt, courteous, well prepared, and attentive to my specific requests and areas of focus. we have dogs, which adds to the cleaning challenge, and we were not disapointed with the results. Will definitely be using them again!

We hired Qualita to renovate our master bedroom and en suite. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and caring people. From the start they put our well-being first. Due to the age of our house there were concerns, which we were not aware of, that there could be asbestos used previously. During their initial visit they offered to take samples to be tested to confirm if there was asbestos present or not. This was before we even agreed to work with them. Thankfully the tests came back negative for asbestos. We also had 2 large dogs that can be a handful. I’m not sure, but I strongly suspect they were treating the dogs better than us (and they were treating us with the upmost respect and care). During the renovation one of our dogs was diagnosed with terminal cancer and we had to let her go. This was an extremely tough time for our family. Gahida & Carlos were so supportive, caring, and thoughtful during this time. They are truly beautiful people. The workmanship totally exceeded our expectations. With Gahida’s drawings and walking us through the process and Carlos’s meticulous attention to detail, our bathroom and bedroom have become our sanctuary. We fully recommend Qualita to anyone looking for renovations, construction, etc. We are very much looking forward to working with Carlos, Gahida, and little Laura on our next project! – Which is already being planned, a home office renovation. I really want to give a 9.5 (as a joke), because it would be fun to bug Marc! :) Marc takes his work very seriously (which is a very good thing in his role). In reality, I would give a 10.5 if possible, even though we had to have the team come back to 'touch up' a few areas with caulk. Justin, the lead on site, was amazing. It is not often you find that level of customer service, especially when you ask a company to come back to look at something. Mind you it was minor, a few areas that appeared to need a bit more attention. Justin made sure we were looked after and that the job was fully completed to our satisfaction. He represents the company in an exemplary fashion. Also, Kat, the brains behind the scheduling and coordinating was a true pleasure to deal with. She listened to our scheduling concerns and worked with us with professionalism and a smile you see through the phone! She also made sure the site was clear in time for us to get to our concert the first night of work. Would definitely have them back, for other work like siding, I don't plan on changes windows again for a long time!

Just had Tony back for the 3rd job by these guys: 1. We installed a gas fireplace in the living room. Boarded with cement board, at which point I decided there was NO WAY I was going to attempt to mud that (I know my skill level!). Called 2 guys as I've seen their vans around Surrey. Tony came in and over 2 days made the fireplace look like glass! Unbelievable work. While Tony was here we talked about our crappy popcorn ceilings... 2. Had Tony back to skim coat the living room and hallway. Had to scrape the popcorn off due to original poor job. Look amazing! (2 days) 3. Had Tony back to skim coat dining room and side entry (from garage). Great job! Also had Tony paint the hall closet (I skipped the inside last time I painted). (2 days) On both jobs we also had Tony repaint our walls as well. The place looks amazing. Why didn't we do this sooner! Will be having Tony back to do the bedrooms and home office. I never realized how much i hated the popcorn ceiling until I saw what Tony could do to it. Flat ceilings look much higher end and cleaner. Would 100% recommend these guys! On time, on budget, clean, and immaculate work!
