Myron from Aztec is the absolute best! Quality salesman with great advice. Didnt try to upsale me in anyway and offered his professional opinion at the right moments. Very personable and was able to be contacted 24/7. We are super satisfied with the craftsmanship of the install, super nice guy and very respectful of our home. We had a small issue with the seal failing in one of the glass panels, so five yrs later, I contact him just to see if he had access to some plugs to match the door that I was going to have to drill out (was going to fix it myself), next thing I know he's gone to bat with the manufacturer for us and had them replace and install the entire window at their cost! I never expected a company/person to provide ongoing service like this in a million years. I've been doing renos and fixes for many years and it is very rare to find someone as genuine and trustworthy as Myron (Aztech windows and doors). I have recommended him to multiple friends and they are also just as satisfied as I am (and I'm a picky one!) We had 5 estimates done and he was by far the most informative and personable company. We are going to be getting our windows done soon and I'm not even going to bother calling around, Myron (Aztech) is going to be the first call. Hands down. The biggest part of providing this review is the fact that he never forgot about us and continued to be 100% invested in the product he provided to us. Pictures are from start to finish. We purchased a new door from Atztech after having several quotes from several companies. Some companies came to the house and I never heard from them again. Others who came just seemed to want to make a buck and didn't really care or have any advice on what we should do. When Myron showed up, right from the get go, I could see that he was passionate about what he did. He had several different options in a range of prices and was willing to work within our budget to make us happy. He was very knowledgeable about the products and offered up his opinions and took the time to find the best fit for us. We were looking to have the door installed over the Hollidays and even with supplier issues during this time, Myron was able to come through and deliver on a superior product and installation. He drove out to our house during the entire process to ensure that we were happy and satisfied with the product and the installer was great. Professional, polite, tidy and took pride in his work (something which is lacking these days). I couldn't be happier both with the service and product. I would definitely recommend Aztech to anyone and will definitely use them in the future. And just for the doubters, no, I do not work for them nor do I personally know them HA!
