Our older hot tub got sick. It wasnt holding the heat so a service call was placed. Of course right before Christmas the diagnosis was the Brains of the Hot tub was done aka the Spa Pkg. We had the option of a refurbished or new unit. With Christmas and money being tight, we chose the refurbished with a 30 day warranty. Typically, we would get new. So they were tight in it and it was fixed the same day. Then I received a phone call from Stephanie who by the way was very patient and helpful through all of this.. and reassured me that although the company has a 30 day warranty, My Solar Swim Family will cover us for a year. They didnt have to do this at all. This shows you how they really appreciate our loyalty and showed it in kind. If you are questioning if this is a good company to deal with 100% ALL DAY LONG! I had two Appliances that were on the fritz. My washer was zapped by a power surge ( second time) and our Dishwasher needed some kind on spring kit for the door ans our hose cracked. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable, I would recommend him personally. I will be a loyal customer since the prices were fair and it’s so great having people knowing exactly what they are doing.
