Mike was amazing. Personable, knowledgable and responsive. We upgraded our home audio system and he even found a buyer for our old system. He invoiced as quoted and spent additional time helping us get the most out of our home network while he was here. Two enthusiastic thumbs up. Will definitely use Toronto Home Theatre again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We've now used Hobson Landscapes for two fairly substantial projects (retaining walls, patio/walk ways, landscaping) with consistent results: 1. On budget 2. On schedule (barring inclement weather) 3. Fantastic Service with extremely courteous staff 4. Clean job site I cannot say enough great things about Ted and his staff. We've use Hobson on two separate occasions and he has exceeded our expectations on both projects and we'll be using again for our 2014 Spring project. Ted epitomizes the qualities wanted in a contractor. Service, Quality, Integrity (kept promises), Competitive Pricing...etc...etc. Definitely short list Hobson for any Landscape project!!!

It was our first time using Strong Plumbing today for a frozen pipe. He came on very short notice and resolved the problem as quickly as was possible. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Thanks Valentino!

Read the fine print. When you cancel they charge you for 60 days of service, but demand you return all your equipment and close the account before those 60 days are up (or you get charged an ADDITIONAL month). You end up paying for a month of service you're not getting. I asked a customer service rep why they don't ask for the equipment back AFTER the pay period is over and she essentially told me to shut up and accept it. I asked to escalate, but her superior refused to come to the phone (I was told "She won't waive the charge and can't talk to you"). When I questioned how a service-centric company could show such a lack of customer focus in the days of social media and pointed out how easily I could get online and tell countless people about my negative experience her reply was "You do whatever you need to do." It's worth noting that I was pleasant and respectful during out conversation and this was not simply a call centre rep responding naturally to a rude and impossible customer.

Ted and his gentlemen were wonderful to work with. They were considerate, cleaned up after themselves, friendly and capable. We are very happy with the work completed. They worked closely with our engineering firm and the City to move our project forward in a timely manner and we will look forward to working with them again in the future.
