Rinnai Tankless Water Heater Install and removal of ten year old electric water heater. I found this company at the BC Home and Garden Show. FortisBC is offering a $1,000 refund (net price in 90 days is just over $4,000). The man who came out to do the quote gave me the total price and I paid. There were zero upcharges or changes to my invoice, even though the install ended up being more involved than planned. They had to re-plumb my furnace. The crew of two that came were very respectful of my house and my time. They showed up on time and laid down tarps to protect my floors. They were fast, took away all waste and recycling, and cleaned up before they left. They instructed me on how to use my new water heater and phone app. It's the best construction/remodeling experience I've had in years. I wish this company did other types of work that I need done. I can't say enough good things. Excellent job!

Fine Line Pacific is an excellent company. The sales person who came to our house was very professional and friendly. After our kitchen cabinets had been installed, Fine Line sent out staff to measure the kitchen with a laser device. In under a week the Dupont Zodiaq Quartz countertops were complete and delivered to our site. My wife was home for the installation. The installers were very friendly and efficient. When I arrived home my wife asked me to find where the product had been seemed. Even though I am very particular, I could not find the seem. These are the best countertops I have ever owned.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Designed our kitchen with our needs and budget in mind. There were some small problems with the colour of one of the doors and the end of one cabinet. Merit was not finished or happy until we were made happy. Merit was able to replace the cabinet door with one that matched. Initially, Merit could not provide a suitable fix for the cabinet end that did not match, so Merit ended up providing a more expensive solution, at no cost to us. The premium solution added value to our home. The staff at Merit maintained their friendly attitude throughout the process.

We had our countertops replaced by Home Depots countertop contractor. The contractor was on time, delivered the countertops, installed the sink and garbage disposal. We are very pleased with the results.
