Well, Community electric has restored our faith in customer service and quality of service provided! From the second we sent them a message we knew we were in good hands. We received a reply within minutes so we immediately called and spoke with Alina. She was so kind and helpful. She scheduled Andrew to come assess our situation within 2 days. When he arrived, he jumped right in and took a look at everything. He knew exactly what needed to be done and explained everything thoroughly. He was honest and straightforward. It was clear that our safety was his main concern. About a week later, the Community Electric team arrived to do the work. They were punctual, courteous and clean. They were very respectful of us and our home. By the end of the day, we had a brand new panel and all of the wiring adjustments had been made. We feel so much safer now. We could not be happier with the service we received from them. We will proudly recommend them to anyone with electrical needs and we will continue to use them for our electrical needs.
