Victor and Simon are incredibly professional. They do a home visit and advise you of your options. They are HONEST. They are service oriented. They did a great job...we had half of our kitchen refaced. There was one mistake on one front facing (due to a translation of a measurement from written to the computer). Peter is remarkable. I don't know how I happened upon him but I did, thankfully. We watched wasps enter underneath our addition, where we like to sit outside. Peter identified the problem, removed the nest, and concurrently advised us we had a lot of "rat droppings"...rather mortifying. Peter immediately advised us of the correct course of action, and the right trades to contact. He also came and placed traps, hence the $300 cost for the broader project. Each trade was incredible and professional and got the job done. We are very, very happy with Peter. He should be your "go to" person if you have an issue with pests of any sort.
