I phoned Tony on a very short notice and asked him to perform a home inspection on the Townhome purchase. The purchase was a good deal. However, in my opinion it needed someone who has in depth knowledge about many items that are not on surface: foundation, possible leaks, insulation, roof, electrical. In spite of the busy schedule he came and did an outstanding job.
