Trenton did a great job of removing the flooring that was damaged and poorly installed, using a portion of what was removed from the guest room to re-install and repair the floor in the suite. He also installed new flooring in the guest room and half bath. Looks really great; way better than before. He was prompt in his service and great communication. His ideas were appreciated and taken into consideration as we moved through the process.

The tech arrived in time and completed the job in a timely and efficient manner. He explained all that would be happening and after inspecting the site and possible tie-ins, chose the tie to the meter, pulled the permit and completed our small project. He was even able to provide a slightly longer flexible line to the barbecue so we wouldn't have to move it's location to accommodate the 10' line that comes with it. All in all a great experience with ProTech. I would heartily recommend Rick and his firm. We will be calling hem again when we build our new garage next summer.

Jason was very quick to help us out when we had water and minor mould issues in our basement. We were running an Airbnb and needed to have a safe environment for our guests. Turned out to be more than anticipated with repairs to a main stack, remove and replace the main drain, and install proper venting for the laundry area. All stuff our inspector missed when we bought the home 6 months earlier! Thanks Jason, for the prompt response and quick service to make our guests (and our) experience so much better.
