Armand was quick to respond to our call and was able to check out our furnace within a day. Upon inspection, he determined that it didn't yet need replacement (or repair) and suggested that we should consider replacing the 19-year-old furnace for next winter. We truly appreciate his honesty and integrity and fully expect to call him back in early Fall when we're ready to replace the furnace with a new one.

John and his assistant did a great job taking down and rebuilding our front deck. He took care of lots of little details which showcase his experience as a carpenter; touches we wouldn't have expected from an average deck builder. We're both very pleased with the work and result.

Paul was on time, courteous and explained everything. He got the job done in time and helped solve an issue we were unaware of. He also offered a discount if we donated money to a charity which I thought was a nice business gesture. No complaints!

We had initially planned to rent 10 boxes for 4 weeks but because of contractor slow-downs, we had to extend our rental period another 3 times. The nice folks at Frogbox had no problem with our last-minute extensions and even allowed us to use a $10 off coupon at the last minute. Drop-off and pick-up was quick and the staff were courteous and nice. We also loved the fact that 1% of their earnings goes frog habitat restoration. Highly recommended!
