I recently purchased a front window and back door slider. From Sales through to the email updates to installation everything was great. The ordering was easy, even while I debated between 6 or 9 grids. The sales guy had placeholders put in for future enhancements. The installation was easy. They call you and book the appointment and then a team comes and does the install. The Sales person went out of their way to make sure he came by to check on everything the very next day, and suggested some improvements and had someone come out and fix things the next week. the result is a super safe back slider and very bright living room.

I bought an old Toronto home, and the previous owner had sort of upgraded outlets as she went, but the work wasn't really done properly. Frank and his team, came in and fixed me up, and even covered for a contractor or wasn't up to snuff. He's a by the book kind of guy, and when it comes to the safety of my family I'm OK with that as I don't want corners cut.
