Zaid and his team were wonderful - so efficient and careful with all our things - they even made a separate stop to drop a family heirloom off at my inlaws' for no extra travel charge. They were so easygoing and didn't complain one bit about us not being perfectly or completely packed or our cramped narrow stairways! And they even lent me tools to help me put my daughter's bed together - amazing. They made a very stressful day much easier for all of us. Thank you Zaid and crew!

Our furnace died when we tried to turn it on this year, so I agonized over deciding who to call and ultimately decided to call Reliable based on other reviews here. They were fantastic - Rob came out within a day, assessed the situation and explained why he thought we would benefit from a new furnace, no pressure tactics, which was impressive given how old (40 yrs) and in how poor shape our furnace really was. We ended up going with a high efficiency variable speed furnace - great quality for a great price. The crew came out within a week and got it all done with less than ideal conditions. I was so impressed with their positive 'can-do' attitude, and the time they took to explain everything to me patiently without looking for 'the man of the house' to speak to!
