Fuad from Appliance Aid arrived quickly and was able to diagnose and repair our dryer. We were very lucky that the problem had not caused a fire. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and worked quickly. I'd definitely recommend him and calling Appliance Aid if you need skilled, decently priced repairs for your appliances.

Blocked basement drain and flooding
I am very happy with the service we received during this pandemic situation. We had a blocked drain in the basement that was overflowing from a sink there anytime the upstairs water was released - (big mess). Donald was sitting in our driveway ready for the call early when we arrived home for a quick errand. He was pleasant and efficient and wore booties over his boots as well as a mask. He snaked out the line and installed an extra trap and some new pipe to the old plumbing line. His work was neat and cleanly done and the price was reasonable. I would definitely use this service again. Thanks Donald!
