The first job was fairly small, and Chris was very efficient at his work and accommodating to our schedule. The outside driveway and walkway was a fairly major project. Chris supplied some options for colours and options for the design. We were actually on vacation when he completed the work, and were extremely pleased with the final outcome. We liked Chris's work ethic and creativity in the design and re-use of many of the interlocking bricks that we replaced. Chris is a skilled and trustworthy renovator whom I wholeheartedly recommend to any customer - we are happy to have his contact information and will be using Chris on our next project.

At first I checked the internet and ended up contacting Fred(Fahrad) for a service call (had never met him before). It was a Saturday morning and he arrived within minutes. He troubleshooted and replaced one part but then we needed another part. We arranged for him to return another date and he again showed up right on time and completed the work. We had a very old system and pursued a quote for replacement. Fred gave a detailed and specific quote - no pressure - that included a clear outline of the work and the rebates. We selected Cozy World (actually we were so impressed that we never even got other quotes). Fred was excellent The installer (Kam) and his assistant (Val) showed up right on time and went right to work. They came totally prepared - everything - all the product, materials, tools, etc. They worked efficiently and competently for 11 hours. The resulting work was exactly what we had hoped. They were excellent. We wholeheartedly give Cozy World (Feed, Kam, and Val) an A+ 10 out of 10 rating. The experience was great. Ward
