Home inspection prior to home renovations
In order to decide where to start with our home renovations, we asked Breny Jeffreys at Classic Home Inspections to take a look and prioritise the work for us. He was punctual, personable, thorough, and very frank with us about what needed to be dealt with now and what could wait for a year or so. Brent returned my phone call right away, made a real effort to come out as soon as he was able to, and offered to answer any future questions we might have about the house or his suggested improvements. It seems to me more and more are bringing in an inspector and having them "guide" them through the home, pointing out issues that require addressing, things that can wait, and things not to worry about. I am not a contractor coming into the home taking advantage of a situation and making up problems with the home just to make more money.
