The cable on the garage door broke, it could then only be opened manually and I am not strong enough to open the heavy double door. A call was made to Steve and within a few minutes he called back, we explained the situation and a repair time was set for the next morning. I should mention that Steve was prepared to come the same day if we needed to get the car out, but that was not necessary. Steve arrived on time and the repair was done as expertly as ever. It is so very reassuring to deal with a truly reputable company. Thanks guys.
