Our builder-installed garage floor had cracked 30years ago and has gradually sunk. With over 8" of drop on one side driving the car in/out i was worried what's happening underneath. Rolando responded right away and came out to provide a quote for replacement. Once we gave him the goahead, he slotted our relatively small job in with his others and was able to start within a couple of weeks. He arrived to work together with his trusted crew, the atmosphere was orderly, relaxed and they worked really well together. Rolando did the trickiest part - hand-spreading and -levelling the concrete himself as it was passed in by the crew and the mixer/truck operator. Very efficient. We were amazed how well-levelled our new floor is with the right amount of slope for drainage. After he finished levelling, he asked us and to our delight made a couple of artistic maple-leaf imprints of leaves collected in our backyard. There was no damage to out aluminum door frame coverings or anywhere else inside or outside. They cleaned up after themselves well. Rolando also came back a week or so later to fill the slot remaining at the driveway edge after the concrete has cured somewhat. Gennadiy was very helpful and came twice to answer our questions before starting the job. The crew was very well organised, polite, not rushing, taking care to avoid unfavourable (windy) weather, and did a great job, including cleaning up after finished.
