We had a toilet overflow and needed immediate help from a plumber. The blockage started in the shower in another bathroom upstairs. I called Roy and he came within half an hour. He snaked the clogged toilet and unplugged it, thus unclogging the shower also. We had a big leak in the dining room below since the bathroom was directly above the dining room. Roy acted quickly and called a reno company , which came over and started the procedure to drain the water and dry out the ceiling. I was very pleased with Roy's work and his follow up for the problem. '
