Fairney & Sons did my roof nearly a decade ago. Today they came back at my request within hours to do an inspection. They completed the inspection, did some nailing and caulking on a few lifted shingles, talked to me about my roof and attic. Two guys spent a half hour at my house working and consulting and when it was done there was no charge. I’ve run service businesses and never expect free work from others, no matter how small a job. So when Bill decides to do free work for me, a guy who hasn’t been a customer in years, it says a lot about the pride his team takes in doing good work and maintaining that quality, even as weather batters their handiwork. No one at Fairney & Sons asked me to write them an online review. I’m doing this because I want others to know what a pleasure working with them has always been. Today was just another example.
