My Wolf middle oven rack was rolling out on its own when the oven was on. Andy showed me that the wall rack that had been taken out prior to self cleaning (according to directions) had not been put back properly. He adjusted the wall rack and the middle rack no longer slid out. Perfect.

I have been with Water-Matic for 30 years since 1987. Joe installed sprinkler systems in my 2 custom built homes. He and his crew did a great job, are polite , efficient and on time. If service is needed during the summer, I call the office and they promptly drop by to remedy the situation. They come to my house twice a year to open up the sprinkler system in the spring and shut it down for the winter. Can't ask for better service.
