I left the cleaning of the gutters in autumn 2018 until very late and was finding it hard to find companies to come out. I am so glad I chose In2Blue and Julian. He had to reschedule because of the freezing weather but came out later (weather was still nasty) and did an excellent job - there so many bags of debris! I had misremembered the quote and was paying him more - he let me know that this was not correct and refused to take the extra $. I'm hoping to book the company for spring adding on the windows. I spoke with quite a few companies in Toronto and I decided that I wanted to find someone if possible who would give me a high quality product and a string warranty. As a single parent family cost was a key factor and a roof is not cheap. I liked the salesman and felt he provided me with good advice (there's a lot to learn about when it comes to roofing). There were some communication problems about when work was to be done and timely response to my phone calls. However, when the saleman and owner (?) did contact me they explained that circumstances had led to the delay in getting back to me and from then on they listened to my concerns, educated me where I had perhaps some unrealistic expectations and agreed with some suggestions I had re process improvement. Part of my lawn had been flattened and they agreed to rectify this too. In the end I was pleased at the effort they made to make sure I was happy.
