It's too bad that the administration surrounding the installation was so poor. My windows were installed the following week after being misplaced, mislabeled, and mishandled due to various shipping and warehousing shortfalls. I lost an entire day, as did the installer. Everyone treated me respectfully and apologized profusely. As of this moment the project coordinator seems oblivious to the fact that so many people were put out of time and money due to the mix up. I hope that the contractor has been looked after for his lost day. I expect Home Depot to offer me a price adjustment for my loss of time. My cudos to the installer who was professional throughout and the installation manager, who worked through all of the problems until I was satisfied . Thumbs down to the project coordinator for failing to ensure that the materials were on hand and clearly marked for the warehouse and installer and for failing to keep me informed of delays. The windows are great.
