I purchased a new tankless water heater and furnace via salesman Reuben. A little over a year I am now getting errors from my furnace that hi lo switches and inducer errors are taking place. I am to contact Canadian Quality Home services and their number is now out of order. Their website submissions form does not respond. Prior to this I was in regular email touch with a Laura there. Emails now are returned with no such address. I can only now try going to their office which street view shows a run down hole in the wall with ratty plastic curtains. Be very aware of this company and its disappearance. I don't even know which contractor installed it. I paid for a 10 year warranty and if I am ripped off on that, I am not sure what is going to happen.

Listening to friends and family of their furnace break downs at the worst possible times, I just wanted a check up for my 15 year old furnace. Made the appointment well in advance and was contacted promptly and told that he would be by shortly. Scott explained that the furnace was doing well in the voltages and basic wear and tear and he had no concerns which is exactly what I wanted to hear. I was happy with this first contact with the company as well and want use them for my garage furnace replacement once I work out the logistics of the electrical and this change out.
