​We engaged Poolcraft to design and build a complete backyard retreat, including an upper deck, lower patio, and pool. Throughout the entire process, we received outstanding, professional service. The Poolcraft team was responsive, and worked in concert to keep the project moving right from the beginning. Additionally, Rick and Chris shared a wealth of practical information to help guide us through the process. During the design stage, Poolcraft's designer worked with us to create a beautiful and functional space. Rick and his team took care of the permits, and before we knew it, it was "dig day". Construction went smoothly, and we are still pleasantly surprised by the lack of complication or stress. As with any renovation, there are always unforeseen events, however Poolcraft guided us through them with ease. At completion, Chris hosted "Pool School", and extended an invitation for us to reach out at any time for follow up questions. [Much appreciated, as we are novice pool owners :) ] Rick followed up with us post-construction to ensure all was well. We feel these actions speak highly of how Poolcraft conducts business. Based on our experience, Poolcraft is dedicated to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. When you purchase a custom pool, they not only take into consideration good design, but also function. Overall, Poolcraft more than delivered, and we are thrilled with the outcome.
